Dustin M. Hughes Esq.

From an early age Dustin recalls his father traveling and work internationally in addition to his father's stateside working.  Upon graduating with his undergraduate degree in Global Economics and International Business, Dustin took a position with the Japanese firm, Nippon Express USA.  It was there he really began to appreciate international planning, teamwork and others.

The principal focus of his estate planning practice is mid to high networth clients, including physicians, university leaders, business owners, executives and managers of multinational companies.

Since a chief focus of Hughes Law is on Elder Law as a special subset of Estate Planning, Dustin has the opportunity to assist aging clients and their families navigate the difficult waters associated with this season.

Dustin's professional affiliations include the Ohio State Bar Association (Trust and Probate Section), the American Bar Association (Estates Section), the Christian Legal Society, the International Bar Association (Private Tax and Client Section, African Regional Section) and the Kenyan Law Society.

Dustin grew up outside London, Ohio, the second of eight children.  He graduated from Cedarville University in 1997 and the University of Dayton School of Law in 2009.  He and his wife Mindy after losing one child were blessed with quadruplets.  They currently reside in South Charleston, Ohio between Columbus and Dayton, Ohio.  His office is located in Springfield, Ohio a short drive from Marysville, Columbus and Dayton.

The Hughes family enjoys building relationships with people.  Additionally, they enjoy the outdoors, traveling, serving in their local church, games and raising ducks.
